I've been on a mission to find protein powder that is not a million dollars and that I am sure is not made with plastic. (as many powdered substances in Chi.na are....)
While at Walmart the other day I decided to look through the aisle of the store where boxed "gifts" are located. There were boxes of, "American ginseng," and some Chi.nese brand protein powders, but what really caught my eye was the interesting stuff.
Imagine getting any of these as a gift....
Brain Stronger Capsule...
blood replenishing supplement...
yak bone powder...
needless to say, I ended up with some groceries, fried noodles, and coconut water - no boxed "gifts" for me...The protein powder hunt continues...
If you ever need an exporter of shark liver oil, let me know. :) ha.

Morning Jessica. I think I will pass on the Shark Liver Oil, but saw something interesting in the coupon section of paper. If you can go to Walmart, perhaps they have a new product called Ensure Clear. It is a nutritional drink, with 3x more protein than juice, zero fat and 21 vitamins and minerals. I know Ensure is usually for us "old f@#ts", but I thought I would pass it along in case it might supplement your need for protein powder. Just a thought. Love you honey and wish you a beautiful day!
